Uncaring bank

My account shows locked. I have had no correspondence even though they have my email address and cell number. I cannot access my money and am now stuck at home with no money for petrol or food. The whole area is without electricity so without money no fuel for the generator no food for fsmily and young grandchild. No petrol to go to work. Why lock a customers account over a weekend when the banks and call centres are clised
