Uncapable of delivering service

Submitted a claim under my Absa Building Insurance on 13 January 2020.

It is now a week (7) days later and Absa still can't tell me whether this claim is approved or not.

This is not complicated, its a simple matter of a broken swimming pool pump.

Really Absa, once again I'm blown away by your absolute lack of service. It is as always such a pleasure to deal with your unprofessional pathetic service.

Don't even bother to blame your 3rd party Assessors. It is your job to resolve claims asap.

Thus, I am not only dealing with a pool pump that is out of order, but also with a pool that is completely green due to your lack of service. This green pool could have been prevented, but no, like usual it is your personal mission to make life as miserable as possible for your clients.

Can I send my bill to get the pool blue again to Absa building insurance as this is a direct result of your incompetence?

I need an answer on the outcome of my claim today.

Not surprisingly, in true absa style, I am still left without an outcome regarding the claim I submitted. Pathetic absa, Pathetic!

No reason to provide me with private feedback in order to hide your incompetence.

To date I have not received any written feedback from absa. I demand written reasons for the outcome of the claim in order to escalate the matter further.

How hard can it be to actually community with your clients in a formal manner?
