Unbelievably slow processing of a student loan

I app**** for a student loan on 28 June. Spoke to 2 persons since and sent 2 requests for an update - dololo.

The loan had been approved subject to submission of documents C-***4.

Had I known by 30 Jun or 3 Jul that no response would be forthcoming I would have long approached another funder.
