Unbelievable

Good day dear I trust you well, I am looking for help with a problem I'm having, I purchased a vehicle from a dealership in jozi and was financed through absa bank. However when I took ownership of the vehicle it had a engine warning light on the dash and the same day I called the dealership and told them I don't want this vehicle as I had just lost my job. The guy from the dealership said I must keep it and he will send a truck to fetch it. The bank debited me for the vehicle and I went to reverse the debit order. I phoned the dealership on many occasion and was told they would send for the vehicle. After 8 months of haggling to get the vehicle returned they came to fetch the car. Now the bank has put a bad report on my name and said must pay R182 466 for the vehicle that I don't have. Please assist me with this as I am trying to buy a house but this is my obstacle.
