Unbecoming sms's about an account I do not have

I keep receiving sms's that my account is over the limit. I do not have any account with ABSA ending in **25. Please stop grasping at straws as this is very annoying and if my limited knowledge serves me correct it's in contravention of POPIA. PLEASE FIND THE CORRECT PERSON TO WHOM THAT SMS IS INTENDED.
