Unavailable Absa Financial Adviser

I’m in the process of purchasing a home using Absa’s home loan and the financial adviser assisting me is Meaghan Collett. I’m not sure what’s going on but she has been ignoring my calls and emails for a week now. I have a few questions on my home loan and I’m not sure who I can contact to assist. Can someone please assist.
