Unavailability of Cape Town Bidvest Lounge

I was traveling from Cape Town International airport to O. R. Tambo airport and planned to go to the Bidvest Lounge as I always do, but it was under construction. I always check in about 2 hours early so that I can enjoy the Bidvest lounge, but this time I was unable to do so and had to go sit at a shop for hour and a half instead. This was very inconvenient as I am in a wheelchair and had my bag with me, I was unable to move as I pleased, this is also another reason I choose to go to a lounge. There was also no notice on the construction site as to who I can call or no other arrangements to maybe go to another lounge with my priority pass. <br> <br> Highly inconvenienced.
