Unauthourised Insurance deduction with Bank charge

I was called by a guy called Phehello Mo***eng offering me ABSA idirect insurance some time in September 2015.I have shown interest in the insurance and told him I am accepting it, pending my cancellation with my current car Insurance. However it happened that I could not cancel my current insurance and informed him via an email that I need to cancel ABSA idirect Insurance. To my Surprise the debit order went through and had to return the funds through calling the Bank I am Banking with.<br> <br> I told him again via an email that I had a better offer from my insurance and wont take his offer, however ABSA Idirect on the second occasion, they deducted twice the amount they did in the previous month, which resulted in my debit Orders bouncing and got charged insufficient fund fee of R115 per Debit order.<br> <br> I tried calling them to solve my issue so that my credit record is not affected and to get reimbur*****t.<br> <br> I was told he has escalated my query to the manager, its been a full month with no feedback<br> <br> Customer must think twice with this kind of service from this ABSA idirect insurance....I am not happy as to how they can take granted of my concern and never even give me feedback
