Unauthorized Transfer

I've just received a notification that a debit was made from my savings account for the amount of R540 by RCCS BOS JHB. I didn't authorize any transfer - especially not from my savings account! Since when are unauthorized deductions permitted? I've been with ABSA for almost ten years, and this is extremely disappointing! This deduction needs to be reversed immediately.
