Unauthorized Transaction Disputes

Good day, An unauthorized transaction has been recurring on my credit card that I'm trying to stop. I went to Absa Customer Services and was told, there is nothing they can do about the situation except, stop my credit card.

I find this unacceptable, how can an unauthorized transaction just reoccur ,and there is no way possible to block or reverse the payment, and or even see details about this reoccurring payment. I did not authorize the payment and received no notification of authorization for this payment

Need help urgently with the matter please
