UNAUTHORIZED OVERDRAFT

So i'm looking at my statement and my notify me messages and realised the amounts that appear on the statement and on the sms' differ. So ABSA decided for ME that my account will go into a negative balance, so all this time i'm thinking i'm swiping with my money when it really isn't . And by the way, how does a SAVINGS ACCOUNT go into a negative amount? As far as i know The RBI has asked banks to stop IMPOSING charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance once the balance in a savings account touches zero, so why is this legal and permissible?

To make matters worse i took an ATM loan in December and the repayment was R4300, I clearly indicated that my salary date is the 25th but no one bothered to schedule a debit order for the repayment, now when i look at my statement and realise that 4300 is missing i just assume it was the loan repayment when in actual fact YOU AS MY BANK took money for an overdraft i never approved. I know for a fact that Absa has NO record of me authorizing that negative balance and i would actually like to see where i signed and gave them the go ahead. My account number is ********** 952 can someone kindly please urgently assist in this regard otherwise i'll be taking this up with the bank ombudsman. I've had it with this bank and have been giving them way too many chances .
