Unauthorized Journal Debit

I recieved some money after months of unemployment on the 28th of July and there was a RCCS journal debit from my account of R4825.76 I don't know how Absa can take such a lot of money from my account without my permission what about all my other responsibilities and I'm very angry that I'm going to close all my accounts.i need my money and pay what I can afford to pay monthly.I spoke to a Sello Gallane who had no compassion and solutions for me all he kept saying was "unfortunately he can't do anything".such arrogance from an employee
