Unauthorized Journal Debit

Absa made a journal debit on my Absa savings account with out my consent. The journal debit of R795 that's was made on my account was not authorized by me and yet Absa went ahead to take money from my account. The money was meant to take my son to the doctor for his appointment but now it's gone.

I need my money back Absa.
