Unauthorized Journal Debit

Good Day,

Please advise why R531 was taken from my account to pay my other account yet the agreement we had was that I would pay R860 in March and skip April because I have to pay for my varsity and textbooks and then take another R860 in May.

Please kindly refund my R531 as that was not part of the agreement moreover I received a text claiming that someone tried to contact me yet noone contacted me and the funds had already been taken almost 2 days before the sms was sent.

This is not on and its not acceptable i need to order my textbooks please reverse my funds.
