Unauthorized "journal debit"

Absa has journal debit my savings account without my authority and there is no notification for the said debit and they now wouldn't reverse the said cash that is meant for my autistic daughter's school fees and part of my rent. I am now stuck with a child that i cannot send to school for a whole month and can be evicted anytime and be stranded with my child
