Unauthorized jornal debits and high fees!

On 17-08-2022 absa took R8345.54 as a jornal RCCS BOS J *** with *** without advising or any athorization from me.this is not the 1st time done.it was also done earlier this year.I'm unemployed for past 8months.the reference number refers to a loan acc with them which is with attorneys. I have arrangement with attorneys and made payment when I received money.I asked for aptions from attorneys as well to check. The options of settlement discount & monthly payments are different amounts to what was journaled so don't even know how they even calculated money taken out of account.I sent an email on the 18-08-2022 to disputes &actionline at absa as per branch instruction & haven't heard anything from them.I want this money reversed immediatly back into my account so I can pay orher people & electricity & food to live as well.will absa reimburse me for unpaid debit going to go off tomorrow & not charge me the R150 multiple charges?please advise urgently. I also have multiple escalating charges every month for" digital trans, debit interest, int on amnt, admin charge & transaction char" ?why do I have all these charges when I pay monthly acc fee of R109 & other transaction ahow going off directly on those transactions like unpaid transactions please advise urgently?I need all this money as I'm not working & was a bread winner.

A Rezona Louw from ABSA responded to me on their unathorized deduction of my money out of my account while a current arrangement with their collection attorneys is in place and paid for by " offering to repay back 50% of my money" WOW!
I'm NOT giving you permission to take 50% or any of your unathorized deduction.
Please reverse the Full amount back unto my account with immediate effect.

Hi Rezona Louw,On the 31 August 2022 after "reviewing " &investigating my matter you responded to me on e-mail with incorrect info that this journal was processed on my account on the 28 July 2022 & that there was no arrangement in place with your attorneys, see below. I responded to you immediately to advise you of the correct info and that the journal was processed on the 17 August 2022 and a current arrangement with the attorneys is in place and payment has been done re-this arrangement. You then informed me on the 1st September 2022, that you will review and investigate on this and advise me by the 5th September 2022. In the meantime I was left without any cash to fulfill my other obligations and electricity etc for these extra days you had to re-do what should have been done initially. To my horror , I have just received your response at 16.17pm today that says your records indicate that I received funds into my account on the 16th August 2022 and that you require I provide you with proof of unemployment before close of business 07 September 2022 to review of 50% to 60% refund of my money taken without my approval by the bank. If you have reviewed my account you journaled you would see it shows I`m not getting a salary and that my UIF payment goes into this account. Please advise what kind of proof of unemployment you require so this can be provided so a Full refund can be processed in light of sections 90(2)(n) and 124 of the national credit act34 of 2005. The bank is not allowed to apply common law set-off and take money out of my account without my consent which I have not given.
I have started making payments for all my obligations including ABSA through your attorneys. I have since received 3x insufficient funds notifications from ABSA due to this journal and my account not having funds. Please advise who will be paying for the R150x3 you have now charged me when you respond as well.
I would appreciate it if you can get this resolved urgently or get higher management involved so it can be resolved immediately.
"The bank is willing to offer you a 50% potential refund for the amount of R4172.77, should you enter into a suitable payment arrangement with the attorneys"
"A journal debit for the amount of R8345.54, was processed on your account on 28 July 2022, as there was no arrangement in place"
