Unauthorized funds out of my account

For 2 months in a row, an unauthorized company has debited my account. I have called Absa and was given an email address to share the information. After doing this, and 6 emails later, I still do not have a response in this matter. I have been a client of Absa for almost 15 years and this is the most pathetic treatment of a client query that I have been dealt. This has happened before and queries were sorted out over the phone, not through 100 emails with no response. In the effort of Job creation, absa has completely lost the plot of customer service. I will be forced to change banks if this is not sorted out within the week.

Special thanks to Pravesh - specialist case manager, for the assistance and detailed explanation of the funds being deducted. This was not unauthorized, and is in conjunction with a service fee internal debit. Query now resolved. Apologies for any misconceptions.

A small suggestion for the future, I'm not sure how this would work in-line with the service provisions made my Absa... I know that as clients, we often allow cellphone companies/ supply chains to debit of our accounts. Is there any possibilities of having monthly debits authorised by the client, where, if a new cell phone contract for example was being acquired, that there needs to be some sort of acknowledgement with the client and Absa, that there will be a new debit to the account? Thus the unauthorised debits will be easily sifted out, and can be attended to promptly. As I say, I don't know how this would be brought into FCP and the client relationship, however, it is required to prevent ********** transactions on clients accounts.
