Unauthorized deductions on my credit card account

This started at the end of January where I had a few deductions going off my credit card, small amounts then this morning an amount of R1083 went off my account credit card from ACCTSUPPORT BUSHEY H. I phoned the Absa bank to stop my credit card account. I have also send a mail to ABSA ***** department to investigate. I then entered ACCTSUPPORT BUSHEY H into google and numerous blogs warning came up that this is ******** *****ing money. I copied all the links and also send to ABSA ***** department. These amount went off my credit card without me entering a OTP. Banks are responsible to protect your money and that is why you bank with a bank for security.<br> These unauthorized amounts that went off my bank is unacceptable, now I will have to pay penalty charges to stop and reissue a new credit card, then also all the unauthorized amount that went off. I do not know if I am going to get my money back, I am so deep in arrears after this<br> This is really unacceptable, I want my money paid back into my credit card immediately and the cost for new cards without any charges or else I will be left with no choice but to settle the amounts and change banks that will protect my money.
