Unauthorized deductions
Good day
Please can I be assisted.
Me and my husband bought a house using the Absa home loan. We were asked if we were taking the bank's property insurance, and we opted to take another insurance. But even since the bank has been deducted, the bank has been taking the property insurance.
The lawyer that helped us also did not ask us if we have life insurance, which we do, the bank has been deduction. This is not right as we were not asked if we have life insurance or not.
Can we please be given out money back as we did not authorize the deductions?

Please can you resolve my matter? I am still waiting to be contacted by ABSA Life. I sent all the documents that need to be looked at. I was contacted by ABSA Home Insurance, and I was told ABSA Life would contact me..... I am still waiting. Can we please conclude on this matter as it is costing us unnecessary money?
