Unauthorized deduction from account

This morning I received a sms that an amount was deducted from my cheque account and it is categorized as Naedo.<br> <br> Upon closer inspection I saw that it was for the minimum payment on my credit card. This is unacceptable as I already made payment towards my credit card on the 23rd an my payment was much more than the minimum amount.<br> <br> It also proofs to be futile to phone your call centre to resolve this matter as I am just being transferred from one person to the next. <br> <br> Get your act together and stop abusing your loyal customers.
