Unauthorized deduction!

<p>Warning! ABSA makes unauthorized deductions by addidng services to your account without notification or permission. I had a car insurance added to my account of R1411.00 without me agreeing to this deduction or service. I find it seriously desturbing that ABSA can just willie nillie ad services to a person's account without a notification thereof, phonecall or email prior to the deduction. What makes this so much worse is I am not getting the refund immediately its going to take 5-7 working days to get it refunded in my account! So ABSA is benefitting from MY money in interest whilst its in their account! How come they can deduct money immediately off your account but when they have made a mistake it takes forever to get the money back! I find this appaling, I WILL be taking this matter further and to the highest level - no, you know what I will be going public! This is *****! Not only did I have to wait 2 hours for a operator to answer my call, was referred 5 times, got cut off twice and when I finally reached the right person when I asked when I will receive the refund - the answer I received was: I don't know when the money will be refunded! WOW!! </p>
