Unauthorized debt order

Unauthorized debt order by absa. recently i have gone into debt review to fix my finances. all the companies, that i had credit with got the documentation from the debt review company and have stop now i have to pay them. absa are the only ones who did not stop the debt or and and saying they didn't receive documents. i have seen proof from the debt review company that they have all the documents they need. and every time i ask what the update. they keep saying they don'r have documents that were emailed to them. its been 3 weeks now and they promised i'll receive my funds back in 3 / 5 days. nothing has happened. and now i'm even far worse financially because the i got a total debt order of 10K done. one was to pay my debt review. the the other unauthorized debt order by absa. which they don't want to return. now i see that they will do as they please in my account when they know they have the documentation that they should not do that. please Assist.
