Unauthorized debt
Hi I'm not happy with ABSA at all and as soon as I can I'm going to cancel everything. A journal debt was taken out of my account and that money does not belong to me at all.
I know I'm in arrears with my loan account but that does not give absa the right to take money that does not even belong to me.
PLEASE PUT THAT MONEY BACK ASAP

I'm not happy because that money that was taken is not mine and I'm aware that I owe absa money but that is no fault of my own I lost income and my affordability dropped and I'm already sitting with no electricity and water in my house.
So forgive me when I say **** Absa loan that I owe I have more pressing issues and that is to live and survive.
So I don't care what you guys do please return that money asap.
