Unauthorized debits again
I'm really starting to regret taking up insurances with ABSA. I've been debit manier times before my cover incepts, called in for assistance and have been taken from pillar to post and then to top it all, when I eventually do speak to someone, they cut the call on me. I have even sent an email to *** to change the dates, still the same issue. How am I supposed to have faith that the right thing is being done as I'm close to looking elsewhere for insurance.
