Unauthorized debits

I have a Credit Card and Savings account with Absa, When the epidemic began, Absa offered a 3 month relief on my credit card, which i accepted. Now they "without authorization" deduct money from my savings and say it for payment to my credit card. I will definitely be proceeding with legal action as this is process was and still is *******. And i will definitely be closing all my accounts with Absa. Their actions are unacceptable and ********** at the least. Please think twice before banking with Absa Bank.
