Unauthorized debits

Good day

I am very very saddened by what has happened on my absa cheque account I'm an intern! I've been using absa bank from January 2014 and was very satisfied with the services until most of my stipend money was taken from my account on the 23/08/18 by bank charges (R3097.01) due to companies that I don't know and never approved to debit money from my account , I went to the branch and was told they couldn't do anything about it an that I should file a case at SAPS I have been going in circles trying to get cash to go to work and doing my basic stuff I usually do every month without any luck, I sent a couple of mails to absa bank but no one bothered to atleast give me call i don't know who to ask for advice anymore please help
