Unauthorized debits
I have been having closing unauthorized debits on my account for the past 3 months,but still they go through. Even the online banking app is so smart that I cant even reverse those debits. I get charged for these unauthorized debits even for reversing them .
Can you guys please deal with this thing or allow us to be able to reverse online

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. You should be able to do a dispute online, and in the absence of that i would ask you to please visit your nearest branch so that they can verify and also provide you with the contact numbers for those providers.

I have been doing for the last 3 months, actually longer than to be exact. I don't know maybe its me who don't understand the mandate of the bank. Is the bank not suppose to protect our monies? Am I not suppose to get value for money?
It is totally reckless to suggest that I should go to the branch while I've been there several times and no improvement. The sad part is that I should pay the charges for the debit to go through and also to reverse it, and waste my time to go the branch with something I can do online.
That dispute you are talking about is not working period.
