Unauthorized debits
Good day<br> <br> I have loan with ABSA and made an arrangement to be debited one a month an amount of R400+<br> The arrangement was loaded, however i noticed that i am still being debited every week R300 which i adviced the call centre in the collections department that I cannot afford the R300 per week.<br> <br> The arrangement was made, but the debit order was not cancelled.<br> Can this weekly deduction of R300 be cancelled as I cannot afford to pay it.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Tumi
