UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT (RCCS)
Good day My name is Florence Tshabalala My account was debited R 5,181.00 and 690.00 on the 19th -12-2018 I really don't understand why this was done because i had a credit card with Absa 10 years ago,i got unemployed and couldn't pay them anymore ,when i got employed i made arrangement with DMC (on behalf of Absa)to pay back the owed amount,i get debited R350,00 every month to pay that Debt yet Absa just debited money from my account without my Consent ,I need an explanation to that act
Kindly reverse the debit ASAP and kindly remember :
The law states NO DEBIT ORDER MY BE PROCESSED ON MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT. I assure you that I have never signed any agreement or debit order for this transaction.
