Unauthorized Debit R99 from my Absa account

<p>I just had an unauthorized debit of R99 on my account on 15.02.2017. I called in and was given a number to call ********** which just rings. I was told that it was Absa that did the debit order. How can an unauthorized amount go off? Where is the security of knowing that all systems are in place? If there are no funds in my account not only do I get charged for and RD I also get a bad credit record.</p> <p>Nobody can give me answers.</p>
