Unauthorized Debit Orders in my Account resulting in Decline of Home Loan

I have had my cheque account (ID no. ********** 624080) with ABSA for 14 years and never experienced a problem of unauthorized debit going through my *** December there was an D/O amount that went through my account. I reversed it in january 2017, February 2017 i raised a concern with me always reversing this transactions affecting me in buying a property i was assured it won't affect me. this transactions went on and on until now. During September 2017 i app**** for Home Loan through a bank originator Nedbank gave me 100% and a better interest rate, and SA Home Loans offered me morethan 100% and a better interest rate. ABSA rejected my application and did follow up to try and understand why decline. This application was reviewed and was given 80% tried to get reasons and i was given response with attitude that i am reversing transaction in my Cheque Account. I explained reasons and i have referrence numbers for all this complaints i have with the bank. even absa action line failed to resolve my problem of unauthorized D/O which they haven't resolved to date. the D/O have started to duplicate from september 2017 and in October 2017 i reversed 3 times. my reasons for reversing is solely based on this transactions are ********** but ABSA want me to promote this type of ***** and fund who ever drug dealers it is. If this transaction were affecting the bank they would have solved it and if it was happening to another race they would have jumped, i know this because of how they treated me and how they treat people differently, ABSA its still one of institutions with the problem of race. I did my research on them. When action line responded they did not resolve a thing (Mellerney Lippert) from that unit. The Branch manager in Ghandi failed to assist me as well she even went to the extent of saying i must close the account(this was in March 2017). I moved to ABSA main street they tried their best even to date i realised they valued me. but the processes of the bank are the 1 making me to complain like this. Nathaneal from some division in the bank did not show interest in assisting me and i understood this is not happening to him. I truly received a bad service and treatment from the bank. This month November 2017 already 2 of the unauthorized D/O went through to show absa they are benefiting from this ********** transactions. They **** by saying this is a global problem all the banks are facing it. Truth is they are benefiting hence they are not interested in stopping it. I have been complaining hoping to get help but i saw no positive resolution to my problem rather the worst, or must i take this to TV is then i will get help or to the courts. Its not fair. Unfortunately i cannot promote ***** and sponsor things i don't know
