Unauthorized debit orders

There are unauthorized debit orders being deducted from my accounts for R95, R96, and R145. These transactions start with "pol pov apserv" followed by a long string of numbers. Absa instructed me to contact Qsure at *** to investigate why these amounts are being taken from my accounts. I have two debit orders on a personal checking account for R95 and R96, and one on a business checking account for R145.

When I called Qsure, the representative directed me to ***. After making that call, I learned that these debit orders are linked to insurance for appliances associated with all three transactions. I was also given the number *** to call for further assistance, but this number is consistently unanswered. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter.
