Unauthorized debit Orders
Why is ABSA allowing unauthorized debit orders to go through on my account and every time when I go reverse they charge me a fee (R30) per reversal its frustrating for me to go to the bank to reverse the debits almost every month it's not only an inconvenience but terrible customer service, I've been banking with ABSA for more than a decade now but now I'm considering moving away to another bank. The question i ask is that, is our money safe if anyone can just debit without our approval? what is ABSA doing to secure our bank accounts???
