Unauthorized Debit Orders
Absa allows unauthorized debit orders to go through on my account and everytime when I go reverse they charge me a fee (R30) per reversal just last I had 2 go through my account now I must go back to absa branch to reverse the debits it's not only an inconvenience but terrible customer service,I'm considering moving away from ABSA.
