Unauthorized debit orders
I have been experiencing unauthorized debit orders in my cheque account for some time now. These debit order are R99 and R98 and have been to absa brand in Witbank to reverse them. I cannot be going to the bank every time to reverse these debit orders as I get penalizes for reversal. Why is absa allowing these ******** to deduct money out of my account without my approval? If I put my money in the bank I expect it to be safe as I do not bank for free but I bank at a monthly fee.
Also why do these unauthorized debit orders not appearing on the list of debit orders in my banking app so that I can reverse them myself without have to go to the bank?
I'm sick and tired of this nonsense from ABSA. If this thing happen again i will have to close this account because surely ABSA cannot guarantee the safety of our money in their bank. Kind regards Jabulani Maseko

Till today you promised to look into this matter and yet you have done nothing in this regard. And today the 23rd of Feb 2018 another unathaurised debit order of R98 went out of my account.
I put my money in the bank with the ope that it will be safe as I put it there not for free but a monthly fee. If you guys fail to protect out moneys then I have no choice but to take my money elsewhere where it will be safe.
You are becoming a useless bank now after banking with you for a long time.
