UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDERS

Since from November I have been experiencing these unauthorized debit orders for R89.99 for PPA, R95.0 for RNM Holding and R95.00 for FNASERV and ABSA is not doing anything about this. I am being told I need to come to the bank and keep reversing these however I mean this is bull**** because I am trusting them to take care of my money but if anyone can just come it and then I might as well move banks. I went there to reverse one yesterday and this morning there is one that went through - how though? Don’t they have measures in place for such ****? I have been an ABSA client for years and there is nothing they are helping me with when it comes to this - what a shame.

Thank you Daphne for coming back to me. When I went to ABSA today to reverse the other one I was told that I am not the only one and how come they have my ID and I told the lady that I don’t know who these people are and if I am not he only person why is this not being investigated. My ID is ***
