UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDERS

I have been charged an amount of R700 for bank charges ,When i check my bank statement it shows that i have been debited 4 time by an unknown provider.When i go inside the bank ask about this debit orders no knows them and i being told that there is nothing they can do about them ,Yet ABSA is busy over charging me bank charges and was promised that i will get a notification first before the debit order goes through but instead they went through without my knowledge and my authority .ABSA do something about this ...................
