Unauthorized debit orders

What is Absa doing or going to do about unauthorised debit orders? I am geting unauthorised 'NAUDO' debit orders every month and every time when I go to the branch I am being told they can only reverse and charge me R24. They say they can not prevent future debit orders so it is my problem. They gave me contact numbers for those debit orders and when you call no one answers. Absa is aware that the is ********** activity happening and it seems you are doing nothing about it. I am not the only one who is going through this, I have read other people's complains about this. The least you can do is allow us to reverse using an app and not charge us.
