Unauthorized Debit Order Frustration

Good day,

I've been to the bank up and down the past two to 3 months to reverse debit orders that i did not authorize to go off my account.

Last week i was at the bank again to reverse a debit Order and the consultant assured me that he has reversed it has still not being reversed into my account. These are the details of the debit order 2018-04-26 NAEDO TRACKED DO NUDEBT /ONEP ********** 6J

I don't have time to be going up and down to a branch as i am at work Monday to Saturday. Will somoene please assist with this frustration.
