Unauthorized debit order from Absa Vehicle Finance

Unthourized debit order...

Good day

I bought a car in 2016 with absa car finance, ever since the vehicle finance asset has been debiting their premium from my business account and have never been in arrears...

Last month, I made calls requesting bank statements on the vehicle account and to link the profile to my person account so I can have an easy access should I need to see the balance of the account, but the debit order should remain with the business account...

To my surprise this month, instead of debiting from the business, they went into my personal cheque account and took the monthly premium without any consultation and why they had to switch the debiting account...

Can someone rectify this, the soonest possible before the end of business day...

As I did not authorize this debit order to be switched to my personal account, if they did not understood me the best they should have called and I could have given them clarity on what was queried about rather than assuming and doing things on their own.
