Unauthorized debit order from Absa Insurance

On 1September 2021 I was debited by absa insurance an amount of R1 305.57. This was surprise to me because I did not remember signing anything for that amount, I then followed it up with absa who said is a home loan protector insurance I had taken it in March 2021 however it was never debited that's why they now calculated to date and decided to debit all at once. I told the consultant I dont remember signing up for it and want my money back and it should be canceled She then gave me email address where I should send email to cancel, I then did as I was told and was asked to provide my ID and cancelation letter which I did. I did not receive my money after submitting all required documents then I followed up, To my surprise on Thursday the 14th of October I receive an email telling me that there is no refund. Iam so unhappy with what absa did to me I wasted my time and fuel going to the brach and they fooled me I submitted everything thinking I will get my money . I Never even signed for that home protector insurance . Please help me get my money from Absa they owe me and I want it with interest because this month they continued debating my account I had to reverse of which I incurred charges . I want my money from Absa bank .Thank you
