Unauthorized debit order

My credit card is in arrears and JSC journal or something decided to debit money out of my account without my consent. I didn't give anyone permission to do so. I called Absa bank and the lady was so rude. She works at Credit card department. I wanted to make arrangement and she was telling me it's to late I'm not getting my money.
