Unauthorized Debit Order bypassing DebiCheck system

Could I please have ABSA investigate this unauthorized Debit Order that deducted in my account on 16/11/2022 for R139,99 (ACB DEBIT:EXTERNAL, LEARNERAID***EA30). This debit Order is new and I did not authorize it through the DebiCheck system and it appears as this company is bypassing the rule set by PASA to eliminate such debit orders in the past. I have reversed it now through my ABSA App and should not be liable for these bank charges. Please investigate and report this company for a penalty fine should they fail to produce authentic mandate evidence. I will await your feedback on company and reversal of bank charges.
