UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER! and no one cares...

<p>I've decided to leave Absa with peace to find a different service provide cause i'm not getting any joy with Absa. I had my cheque account for a more than 6 years now with Absa yet every year I need to have a very emotional conversation with Absa. If you can take a look on my Charge report or statement you can see i had a dispute this year which resulted me being refunded, last similar issue. I had a unauthorized debit orders that started from September but only notice that last month when i decided go through my statement. Did went to the bank to share my concerns and was only advised that they can only reverse debit orders that took place within 40 days, and was given ********** 701 to call and the number is always engaged. If that's how i'm going to ne treated. It's quiet evident Absa is better without me.</p>
