Unauthorized debit order ABSA NAEDO TRACKER
Hi Hellopeter
I have a problem with absa the bank that I am using. I get unauthorized debit orders from my account and It is annoying as everytime I go stand long ques to have the debited amount of money reversed back into my account.
Everytime I ask them why there is unauthorized debit orders on my account. They would just say "They either don't know or they will look into it".
This morning again R119.00 was debited from my account by a company I know nothing about: JZTOUT and the use NAEDO TRACK a system that is used by absa.
Please assist in this regard!

23 Jan 2019, 21:05I got a call from from ABSA on monday regarding my complaint and the lady who gave me a call from group customer said she will resolve my problem and will give me a call back. It is wednesday today and my issue is not yet resolved.
