Unauthorized debit order

Good Day I have an credit card that is overdue and I have made an arrangement with them before handing over the debt to attorneys....and I have asked them to unblock the card so that I will be able to make a payment at Pick nPay or ATM but they said they can't.....December second week they handed over my account and I did respond to the attorney email that am willing to pay R500 as I stated with absa collections before but the thing is that the credit card is blocked I can't make payments...... am currently unemployed since 2023 March 31 and I did claim the insurance after losing the job and I got a response that is declined don't know why..... I have a new account that I opened in November last year and absa on weekend decided to do a debit order without my knowledge of R2022.00...which I don't know who authorized it...and it's even more from the arrangement I did..... in regards the popi act how did they get my information and authorized that without me know....they handed over the account but still how do they do a debit..
