Unauthorized debit order

I'm so disappointed with absa, I have been under debt review for a few months now but they still debited my account, when I called they told me to contact my bank to reverse the debit order but when I did that my bank couldn't reverse it as only absa could. I can't believe how cruel these people are sending me from pillar to post with the current situation I'm in . It's just absolute cruelty, if this is how absa treats its clients I wouldn't advise anyone to bank with absa
