Unauthorized Debit Order

Hi I got an sms on the 13/12/2023 please make sure there are funds in your account for car.payment on 14/12/3024. I called Absa and said they are not authorized to take money in the middle of the month. My debit order is for the 1st of every month. I'm a commission earner and my basic is small. So the debit order went through. I got a small basic so my bonus paid is small. The reason why they pay it on the 15th is so you can get you Christmas presents bought for your family etc. Now that's not going to happen I can't go buy presents now because Absa decided they are more important than a persons own family. This is the last time I will ever do business with these a holes.
