unauthorized Debit order
A monthly debit order gets deducted from my account (DIREKTE DEBIET AGILITY ***AGILIC318 ) I have no idea what this is and I have contacted the bank on numerous occasions to have this stopped and to be reimbursed. Just to see the next month the amount have been deducted from my account again. How is it that a large banking group such as Absa cannot take charge and have this problem sorted out. Is it really that difficult.
