UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER

Absa has made an unauthorized debit order from my account.

I live overseas and I don't know how to get feedback on this unauthorized debit order immediately. The debit reads: "ACB DEBIT: EXTERNAL SBSA HOMEL ***". For the record, I DON'T HAVE A HOME LOAN with this number. ABSA why was this debit order made on my account?
